Why This Group Exists

Grief doesn’t always arrive through obvious loss. It can live in transitions, identity shifts, endings, and versions of ourselves we’ve had to release. Over the past months, grief has shown up again and again in my work. As I shared previously, I planned to open a grief group in the new year.

And when it became clear people needed support sooner, I held a grief experience to offer space in the meantime. What became clear through that experience is this:

  • some grief needs more than a single moment of care

Journeying with Grief is for those who want a steady, guided space to walk with grief over time, without pressure to fix, rush, or perform healing. This group is for you if your grief feels quiet, ongoing, or hard to name, and you want companionship as you tend to it.

What to expect

Weekly live sessions (90 minutes)

  1. Gentle structure: grounding, reflection, guided practices

  2. Optional sharing (listening is participation)

  3. Live only; not recorded

  1. Time: 7:00–8:30 PM EST

  2. Format: Live on Zoom

  3. Group size: Limited to 8 (max 10)

  4. Investment: $500 (Flexible payment options may be available at checkout through PayPal or Klarna, depending on eligibility.)

  • No. This is a guided healing group, not psychotherapy. While it is facilitated by a licensed psychologist and informed by clinical knowledge, it is not a replacement for individual therapy.

  • No. Sharing is always optional. Listening and quiet presence are fully welcome.

  • Yes. Grief does not expire. Many people carry grief for years without ever having space to tend to it.

  • That’s okay. This group is designed to help you gently discover what’s present without pressure.

  • Because this is a live group, sessions are not recorded. You’re welcome to rejoin the following week.
